Aging-Allies, Inc. Respects Every Client's Privacy and Confidentiality
We hold ourselves to the strictest standards and will never share your personal information with any insurance agency or broker.
What you may need to share with us....
You should come prepared to any enrollment appointment with self-identifiers such as your driver's license, social security card, income verification, current insurance cards, list of medications, and any recent mail you have received about your health insurance. We will not share this information with anyone, and it will simply help us verify you are who you say you are, as well as have the information we need when acting on your behalf on Medicare.gov and in the Marketplace.

We will never share your personal information and data....
Aging-Allies and our staff of Coaches/Counselors will never provide your personal information to agencies, brokers, or any other entity, including Aging-Allies sponsors or donors for the purpose of financial gain or to expose you to insurance or other product and service sales efforts.

Prepare for Your Appointment by gathering important documents such as current insurance, medications list, driver's license, social security card, income & assets information and proof of your current address.

Make sure you write your appointment date and time down. Showing up too early, too late or not at all will impact our ability to serve you and other clients in the most complete, professional and courteous manner.

Be on time the day of your appointment, Zoom, Teams or FaceTime call. Be ready to take notes if we don't meet in person.

Remember that as a non-profit we keep our doors open by accepting donations. Our suggested donation for a coaching/counsulting session is $35.00.
